WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T EXPECT?
If there is anything that isn't quite what you expect or you have quality issues with anything we are always to happy to either offer a refund or get you a replacement of that item. Please send us an email or give us a call and let us know what happened. Pictures are always helpful so we can better identify where an issue might have happened.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM IN MY BOX THAT WAS ON MY CONTENTS LIST
We pack all our boxes by hand, and mistakes do happen. Please let us know. If you are missing an item we be happy to get you a credit or a replacement of the item.
I DID NOT PICK UP A BOX AT MY DESIGNATED PICK UP LOCATION
If you are scheduled for delivery and do not pick up a box at a pick up location during the pick up hours you may not be able to get your box or receive a replacement. We can not offer refunds or replacements on boxes not picked up at a pick up location.
I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOX CONTENTS
We allow any changes to your box to be made by noon the day before your scheduled delivery day. Which means we must run a tight ship to get delivery routes planned, produce harvested and all boxes packed. After noon you can not make any changes to your box contents after noon the day before your delivery.
I NEED TO PLACE A BOX ON HOLD OR CANCEL A BOX
We allow you to place up to three vacation holds on your box for any length of time through your account on line. However if you are trying to place a hold on your box during the week of you may reach out to the farm office by phone or email up to noon the day before your delivery. Any request to hold a box after noon the day before your delivery may not be able to be honored with out a refund or replacement.
CUSTOMIZING YOU SHARE
Any member is allowed to customize their share through our online web store. We do set a standard box each week and email out the box contents of the standard box each week 2 days before your scheduled delivery day (Tuesday delivery days have box contents emailed out on Monday before your delivery), as well as the link to the web store where you can log in and make any customization to your box. You then have up until noon the day before your delivery to make any changes to your box(Tuesday boxes have up until 8 AM Tuesday morning to make any changes)
